Hello, lovely people! Are you ready to transform your weekend with a burst of energy and feel fantastic? If you’re over 40 and keen to boost your mobility, strengthen your core, and move with ease, my brand-new Saturday morning Pilates class is calling your name!
Join us at 10am, starting Saturday, 27th September 2025, through to 1st November 2025, for a brilliant six-week course. It’s just £96 for the full course or £16 per session if you prefer to dip in. Our sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and full of vitality in a warm, welcoming environment.
