  - Plan and deliver safe, effective, and personalised exercise and fitness training sessions.  
  - Ensure participant safety by understanding health conditions and medical requirements.  
  - Contact participants or emergency services in the event of a medical emergency.  
  - Process payments for fixed-rate courses or block session options.  
  - Comply with legal obligations, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and Equality Act 2010, such as making reasonable adjustments for disabilities.
