"Well what can I say! I recently joined Helen’s Thursday morning Pilates class. It is the high light of my week. It’s wonderful not having to bring any equipment with me. The studio is perfect for the class. I have never done the same exercise twice. The exercises are aimed at every ability as Helen gives us a choice of easy or more difficult. I feel energised after the class and I am sure I have benefited from the class.
