This 6-week Pilates course is designed to help you move from feeling stiff and sluggish to feeling stronger, lighter, and more energised.
Through gentle yet effective Pilates exercises, you’ll improve your strength, mobility, posture, and balance — helping you move with the ease and confidence of spring.
