- Group Mat Pilates (50 minutes) Friendly small-group classes using bodyweight exercises, breathwork, and precise alignment cues. Build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance everyday function. Ideal for ongoing progress in a motivating group setting.
All classes include a gentle warm-up, main work with plenty of options/modifications, and a relaxing stretching cool-down. Mat provided, feel free to wear ankle or Pilates socks.
